The Cleomes are finished! They are ready for printing into cards and prints. Now on to the marigolds. I'd like to complete the first of a garden series before my garden models kick the bucket!

Thank you Lloyd! It always means so much to be affirmed by another artist, (even if he IS a friend too!)

This is soooooooooooooooo beautiful Mary. I could not say, which is my favorite. I absolutely love the clean clear colours and the perfect composition.

Doris and Lloyd, thank you very much! I have to say...rendering flowers with Adobe Illustrator is very addicting. This is a wonderful drawing tool, (even though I have an antiquated version). I will be updating to Illustrator 9 soon and acquire even more creative flexibility. One of the tools that lures me to the next, (though not most recent)version is the capacity to use transparency in layers...with vector graphics...imagine that! Oh so fun!
